We are already two days into the Olympic Food Challenge and finally the Olympics have decided to join us. This morning saw some Robin Hood action as the archers* set us all a-quiver in the individual and team ranking rounds with two World Records being smashed.
This evening we have the grand and much anticipated Opening Ceremony. As well as seeing the teams waving their flags and taking photo's on their i-phones we have also had food from; Argentina, Canada, Columbia, Cuba, Mauritius, Niger, Slovakia and the United States of America.
